Departmental Construction Manager

National General Contractor seeks outstanding individuals who are apart from the crowd.  A self starter looking for the "Challenge" of creating his/her own departmental construction team specializing in the specific type of construction that you know & build the best!

We are looking for seasoned Sr. Project Managers who have the client base, organizational skills & superb knowledge of operational processes that excels them to the top. If you have the experience & background to develop a specified Departmental Team in a specific construction category i.e. Medical Facilities, Banking, warehousing, churches etc., we are interested in hearing from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create viable project leads through past contacts and affiliations.
  • Verifiable knowledge of having acted in a like position overseeing construction projects from start to finish through field experience
  • Strong knowledge on all trades, building codes, ADA as needed to direct those whom you supervise
  • ​Held a like position overseeing construction operations in no less than a Project Manager pos
